She is in need of Shirts size 16/18, young miss pants 16 slim long, (she likes bell bottoms) a coat/hoodie in a size 16/18. In addition, she is in need of Tennis Shoes in a size 8 1/2 women's. She could also use some NEW underwear size 16 and socks. She has be given a dress but does not have any shoes and her family cannot afford to buy them. In order to help her we are seeking a pledge of $50 (or more) so we can buy her a gift card for shoes at Famous Footwear so the teacher and the student can go and buy the needed shoes. 03/17/201403/18/2014My Student in Need - I have a males student in 11th grade - age 16 is in need of Jeans size 32 x 34. This student has only two pair of jeans that he rotates and often wears multiple times. All of his clothes are handed down from his older brothers and are showing wear. If we could get two new pair, that would be wonderful! Mom's benefits have been cut and he shared with me that she often has to decide between items like shampoo and food. Food (thankfully) always wins out. At this point, they are ok with food, and our pantry can supply more if needed, but he does need jeans and he requested anti-dandruff shampoo (which the pantry doesn't have. 02/24/201402/27/2014My Student in Need - UPDATE SEE BELOW: High School Self Contained Special Education students are in need of bus passes/punch cards in order to assist with bus route training and independence in the community. Pass/Punch Cards need to be for Adults (supervising students on the outing) and Disabled or Reduced Passes for the classes (to be used by the students). The class is in need of 2 adult passes and 10-15 student passes/punch cards. The total cost of all of the passes is $170. In order to fulfill this need My Student in Need is seeking financial pledges of any amount towards the total amount needed. Once we have received the needed pledges we will purchase the passes and deliver them to the school. UPDATE - WE HAVE A CARING DONOR WHO HAS PLEDGED $25 TOWARDS THE BUS PASSES.
