Since he is unsure of what size shoes he wears, we are asking for a donation of $50 so that he can go shopping with his teacher to purchase new appropriate shoes. 08/14/201509/10/2015My Student in Need - 9th grade boy, age 14, has recently been displaced from his home with his mother. They have had to move into a new apartment and the student no longer is eligible to ride the school bus. However, they live over a mile away from the school and the mother is concerned about her son having to walk such a long distance to and from school. He is a good student and involved in sports activities as well. We are looking for 2 books of 25 individual student passes to help out this family. While the family is expected to supply the wipes, they often are unable to afford them making it difficult for the paraprofessional assisting him.
